Edit and View commands

Edit or View today's TIL entry with til edit or til view.

You can also pass a keyword to search against the titles. e.g. til view golang to search for golang entries.

Add config edit sub-command

The configuration file can be opened for editing using the til config edit subcommand.

The editor field in the configuration file is checked, otherwise it will fall back to $VISUAL and $EDITOR

Display current config

Display help and current config with new command parser.

• Save a new TIL entry from following prompts.
• Regenerate README.md after save.
• Skip generating a blank file if prompts are empty
