Here is just an update to Laravel 11. I planned to make structure changes in a different brunch and PR to avoid mixing the changes.
The package
brainmaestro/composer-git-hookswas abandoned, so I found a fork that supports Laravel 11, but it requires PHP 8.3 (while Laravel 11 requires only PHP 8.2). This is the reason why I updated the project to PHP 8.3.
