fix: videoconf ringer fails to accept calls after a logout/login

Steps to test or reproduce

• User 1 and User 2 are logged on Rocket.Chat
• User 2 logs out and logs back in on the same tab, without refreshing the page
• User 2 calls User 1
• User 1 accepts
• The call stops ringing for User 1, but for User 2 it continues to show as if it was ringing
