The main purpose of this PR is to provide new features on Livechat, making it GDPR compliance.
The first implementation on this PR was to add a new setting which will determine whether Livechat is allowed to store information collected from HTTP header data, such as IP address, user agent, and so on.
CLOSES #11427.
New settings added regarding GDPR:
Livechat_force_accept_data_processing_consent: This feature will determine whether the Livechat user will need to accept the terms regarding collecting and processing their personal informations.Livechat_data_processing_consent_text: The consent text of the data processing that will be displayed to the Livechat user on the widget side before start chatting.CLOSES #12789.
After approving these new features, the Livechat user will be able to request the removal of all their recorded data in Livechat conversations.
In Addition: These features will only be available on our new Livechat client.
