This PR adds
Single.flattenAsObservable,Single.flattenAsFlowable,Maybe.flattenAsObservableandMaybe.flattenAsFlowableto map a success value into anIterablesequence and stream it asFlowableorObservable. It is more efficient thanSingle.toFlowable().flatMapIterable().
