Windows 10 Creator's update fix

I found a small issue which could trigger the updates under Windows 10 Creator's update. This is a potential fix for it, for me it worked.

Second Release

This release only includes one executable, no installer or other dll's are included.

Added update service status indicator

Beta release

Beta release, for testing.
Just run "NoToAutoUpdates.exe" as administrator.
