Preferences Dialog has misspelled tooltip

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Preferences Dialog
2. Hover over empty area with mouse until tooltip appears.

Expected behavior
Don't really expect a tooltip at all. Should just be removed.
