Moved majority of machine learning component files into /models folder. This improves usability and clarity of the machine learning interface. Expanded READMEs of examples to not reference the pilots website. This allows the PILOTS code to stand by itself. Changed location of training data for machine learning algorithms: changed from within model folder to /data folder.
