Implements a friends list in the home menu
Let's the user accept received friend requests
Let's the user reject received friend requests
Let's the user cancel sent friend requests
Let's the user remove friends

NOTES:

This also shows the yet unimplemented blocked list and adds a bit of boiler plate for it.
Adding users is not implemented yet, since there is no proper On-Screen-Keyboard for regular overlay usage yet.

Needs the overlay messages PR merged first
