I think this only happens if there isn't any budget set up. We should consider writing something like we do when ther is no transactions.

Effettivamente sul Figma non c'è un vero e proprio "Empty state" per questa sezione. Nel mio caso comunque i budget sono settati, per questo che mi fa strano non vederli
