These are the release notes for the DK Hostmaster WHOIS API Service, they are added here to support the service specification to which they are related.

Historic releases will not be added at this time.

Release 4.0.2 of the WHOIS API service

• Removal of registrar img fields, we now rely on pass by reference with the image URL instead of pass by value encoded data

Release 4.0.1 of the WHOIS API service

• Issue with not displaying registrar for registrar managed domain names fixed and the data is now available

Release 4.0.0 of the WHOIS API service

• Introduces presentation of the registrar by name for domain names under registrar management, please see the article on registrar management. For technical details see WHOIS Service Specification 4.0
• Introduces presentation of domain names offered to a waiting list position. For technical details see WHOIS Service Specification 4.0
• Date fields in responses have changed format from: YYYY/MM/DD to YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSTZ adhering to ISO:8601
