Getting an error on startup, in latest release

I've just downloaded the latest release, and try to run mono TerrariaServer.exe but It is giving me this error:

I am looking on this line Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies.. Maybe it cannot find System.Data file?

TShock version: latest
OS: Linux Mint 20.2 x86_64

Did you install mono-complete, not just mono-devel?
