Scrum Halt and Scrum Resume

Action	Expected Result
1) To verify scrum is halt or not	It should halt the Scrum when we type the command as "scrum halt" so the scrum will halt. Once the Scrum is been halt scrum cant be continued.
2) To verify scrum is been resumed or not	It should resume the scrum when we type the command as "scrum resume" so the scrum will resume and will continue from where the user has been left out.
3) To verify scrum meeting is been completed or not	It should ask all the team members in the project group then only the scrum will be completed and the BOT will respond as "Scrum Concluded Good luck Team :+1"
4) To verify again scrum is been started	If we again type "scrum time" the BOT will respond as "Scrum Concluded for the day Good luck Team :+1"
