The manual reconciliation panel should get a new parameter where comma separated contribution IDs can be passed to the panel. These contributions will then be pre-loaded.

This allows us to have a custom process (e.g. in an api analyser) to generate such a list, and then pass it to the manual reconciliation panel to preset it to the user.
