Issue

Fixes #5557; treat bicycle=use_sidepath as no access on the tagged way. When this tag is used, a parallel way that is legally suitable for bicycles will have been mapped, and the way marked with use_sidepath should be ignored.

Regarding update relevant Wiki pages; it doesn't look like there are any relevant wiki-pages for a fix like this. Is that correct?

Yes, its correct. There is no relevant wiki page were we describe all relevant tags for different profiles.
