feat(bi): Added the ability to customise table columns

Changes

• Apply formatting/display settings to table columns
  • What you can format is based on the column type (numeric, etc)
• Adds a settings button to show/hide the visualization settings pane
• We're no longer using <DataTable /> but instead using <LemonTable /> directly - trying to wrangle BI logic into data table was proving hard and very messy considering how coupled it is to dataNodeLogic

Notes:

• I wanna do some cleanup here _soon_™️ - the data viz logic has gotten fairly messy and things don't really align so well now that we have customisable tabular columns
• Logic refactor to come later
• Next step here is conditional formatting
