Add version number to bincode

old bincode graphs created are not supported in newer versions of raphtory. the graph loader will not complain when loading old bincodes but it will hang

we need a quick fix to add the raphtory version number that was used to create the bincode into the bincode itself, and then adapt the graph loader to read this version file and compare it with the current version, then error if it is too old
