I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR fixes the failing GitHub Actions run by updating the workflow file and the installation guide.
Summary of Changes
.github/workflows/main.ymlfile to include the necessary steps for installing dependencies, creating a conda environment, and running tests. The instructions provided in thedocs/installguide.mdfile were used as a reference.docs/installguide.mdfile to ensure that it provides accurate and up-to-date instructions for setting up the repository and fixing the failing GitHub Actions run.
