SEM Image Measurement Labeler

Usage:

1. Open and Run main.m in MatLab.
2. Select one or multiple images which need to be labeled.
3. Create one or multiple measurement line by clicking at staring position and ending position.
4. Press Enter to Measure and Save the Images.

Note: Annotated Images are save in the folder as the original image with addition starting prefix of "Z_"
