Makes sense to keep the defaults, having old ELBs already in production with a preset to 60s from a time where it was not a configurable parameter makes my plan go wild and my backend instances were already set to that threshold.

So let's avoid this.

This is most of the data types provided by IAM. There are a few things
missing, but the functionality here is probably sufficient for 95% of
the cases. Makes a dent in #28.
