Functional zooplankton bioregions submission release

This is the initial release of the scripts to recreate the analysis and figures in the Pata et al. (2024) manuscript on "Functional characteristics of zooplankton bioregions along the cross-shelf gradient" for submission to Limnology and Oceanography.
