create_parameter方法中“列表中的数据类型必须为 int”，英文没写。
create_parameter方法中 dtype (str|core.VarDesc.VarType，可选) ：英文dtype (str, optional)。不一致
parameters(include_sublayers=True)方法的 英文没写参数。
Default: “float32” 少句号
