【support sharding stage2 + mp hybrid_parallel】
in the past, we can not combine sharding stage2 and mp hybrid parallel communication, this PR support sharding stage2 + mp hybrid_parallel. now, we can use dp、sharding(stage2) and mp hybrid parallel.
as shown below, we align the loss in the three hybrid parallel:
