Invoke cmake in source directory will cause a lot of cmake generated file in it.
It may be better to create a build
directory, them cmake .. -DWITH_GPU=OFF -DWITH_DOC=OFF

MAC OS X do not have python2. I will add some condition branch to avoid potential hazard.
