HOSCY Open Beta

Welcome to the 10th open beta version of HOSCY!
This is likely the final release before OSCQuery and the closing of beta

If you have any questions or issues, both documentation, and a link to the Discord can be found on the main page. The wiki contains all information needed, including a quick start guide.

Important notice for updating

This release was unplanned and rushed as I originally did not think OSCQuery would not release alongside UTF-8 support. I ripped it out of this build.
Changes to media settings might have turned off your media display.
