Important notice for "Closed Beta" users

Please reset your config and keep a backup of your shortcuts and commands as they will be wiped due to the new system

+ Fixed a bug where enabling either "Allow translate for TTS" or "Allow translate for Textbox" would apply translation to both systems
+ Fixed "Media Status" commands missing quotes around artist
