This is a collection of issues that need to be resolved with the new FMUv5 platform:

• Race in MAVLink app start logic - fixed in Fix MAVLink app startup race during boot #8081
• GPS error message: WARN [gps] ubx msg: More than 100 frame errors, UART RX was disabled - fixed in Devices: Update submodule to include GPS driver improvements #8082
