[Bug] Holybro Pixhawk 6X (Rev8) cannot configure PMW3901 Optical Flow Sensor

Describe the bug

I am using firmware version 1.14.3 of px4_fmu-v6x_default. There are no relevant configuration parameters when configuring PMW3901 optical flow sensor in QGC. For example, the SENS-TFLOW_CFG mentioned in the PX4 Guide does not exist, but it can be used in the firmware of V1.14.0.

我使用px4_fmu-v6x_default 1.14.3版本的固件。在QGC配置PMW3901光流传感器时没有相关配置参数。比如PX4 Guide提到的SENS_TFLOW_CFG不存在，但是在V1.14.0的固件中就可以使用。

To Reproduce

1. Use Holybro Pixhawk 6X (Rev8) and Holybro PMW3901 Optical Flow Sensor (UART) hardware

2. Use QGC to flash the stable version firmware (V1.14.3)

3. Connect PMW3901 to TELEM2

4. Unable to find SENS-TFLOW CFG on the parameter page when configuring vehicle parameters in QGC
