While listing 177 LogFiles I got a Data Link Lost Message on Mac QGC while being connected on USB. (PX4 FW 1.6.1 / QGC Beta about 3 Weeks old Master Build / MacBook Air mid 2012).

Additionally the first Mission Item was far away and the Flight Mode changed to "HOLD" - while there was no Control Link running.
