llvm-upc: Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM) for Clang UPC

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

This version of LLVM (llvm-upc) includes extensions needed
by the Clang-UPC compiler.
