Samsung A53

OS Version

Android 11

App version

Describe the issue

Go to Components -> buttons -> Highest Emphasis
Activate Talkabck
Navigate with Talkaback to "Code implementation"
the label Code implementation, the icon, and the button of the spinner are vocalised separately
The spinner is not clickable

Expected Behavior

group the icon the label , and the button in the same bloc for vocalisation
