[Missing] - QuantitySelector

Hello,
We have in UI_Kit a QuantitySelector Component available, but it's not in ng..

Classic component ( free area for insert numbers, Minus button for -1, Plus button for +1)
Maybe confihuration with max value & min value (Buttons are disabled when it's not possible to go throw these limits)

Related to Boosted #113: there might be nothing to do in ng-boosted, depending on Boosted's implementation in v5.

Here is a demo project with the quantity component we implemented for project "FUN"
It has min and max value (minus or plus are disabled when needed), the whole component can be disabled, the keyboard entries are managed too (which is complicated when managing a mininimum value too). More info contact me.
