One of Dinkum requirement is ovos-microphone-plugin-alsa, this is fine when running on Linux machine but on Mac OS this plugin cannot be installed because ALSA is not supported on this platform.

There are two ways (or maybe more 👍 ):

  1. Not having ovos-microphone-plugin-alsa as part of the requirements and let the user install the microphone plugin
  2. Replace ovos-microphone-plugin-alsa with ovos-microphone-plugin-sounddevice which is cross-platform
