- remove padatious_low from pipeline, rarely matches and when it does it's low confidence and shoud imho be discarded
- remove deprecated sections to not confuse users with outdated info
- change VAD to silero by default
- add fallback wake_up word via vosk plugin if pocketsphinx is not installed
