Integrate Edison V3 Plugin

Integrate robot Edison V3 in the OpenRoberta Lab.

Edison V3 is very similar to Edison V2 (already integrated). So we need to check for differences:

• Add test
• Check simulation
• Add configuration image / front view in simulation
• add compiler workflow: use the service offered for Open Roberta by Microbric
• Add program transfer possibilities, different to the older version, Edison V3 can only transfer programms via WebUSB!
• Correct simulation behaviour related to only integer arithmetic (division only)
• Activate NN only with "linear" activation function
