Sections move much more smoothly then the rest of the song

Describe the bug
The blue section bar moves every frame while the rest of the song (red marker, screen scroll) only move every 1/16 notes.

To Reproduce
This is much more visible in the experimental 60 FPS, but the same thing happens in standard 30 FPS

1. Create a section by dragging the mouse near the top of the window
2. Click play
3. Notice the section is moving weirdly

Expected behavior
The section bar to move like everything else
