"Reply to" function doesn't send messages

Description

When you reply to an email with OpenBAS:

• no emails are really sent.
• No error message is sent either to the animator leading to the animator thinking every thing went well.

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. send an email to yourself from https://testing.obas.staging.filigran.io/admin/exercises/425f279c-59a2-49d3-8ef0-ec8b90785c2f/animation/mails/c967578d-f67a-40c0-b712-18d98c9e2d18
2. Reply to the message in outlook
3. Try to reply in OBAS

Expected Output

• You should get a new email in outlook or get an error message
• The response should be logged in OBAS

Also you should have a reply button in the responses, currently you can only respond to the first email sent

Actual Output

Nothing happens
