From reading the API specification, it is not really clear which calls lead to status changes and what status is to set in which situation. For example, is canceled always set when DELETE /jobs/:job:id/results is called or is it set back to submitted?

Behavior for DELETE /jobs/{job_id}/results and `POST /jobs/{job_id}…

…/results` specified depending on the job status. Clarified status changes in general (fixes #142). Updated processes.
