Remove deprecated classes and methods in the test module

Proposed changes

With the introduction of the MicrotusExtension in version 1.5.0, the previous implementation has been deprecated and is scheduled for removal in the next major release. This pull request removes the deprecated code. Users relying on the old system will need to update their code due to this breaking change
