While Omnisharp doesn't support msbuild configuration switches at the moment - and always defaults to
Debugconfiguration, this PR at least introduces the capability of reading its<DefineConstants>into theCSharpCompilationOptionswhich would allow the language services to properly respect them.Based on #226
