Managing user expectations:

  • The app will currently not work in a group of more than 20 members
  • Only existing members of the group chat will be able to participate in the scrum when it is initiated. A member if added during active scrum, will not be able to provide any scrum updates until the scrum is initiated again
  • Only one scrum can be active at a given instant
  • The app supports a scrum to span over multiple days
