Following tests will run in L2-L3 testnode, on both eth and fee token based chains.

Orbit Chain
✓ should have deployed bridge contracts
✓ can deposit native asset to L2
✓ can issue retryable ticket (no calldata)
✓ can issue retryable ticket
- can withdraw funds from L2 to L1
✓ can deploy deterministic factories to L2
✓ can deploy deterministic factories to L2 through RollupCreator
