onPixelDataInsertedErrorhandler toimageDataObjects.Progressive loading will no longer hang if one or more lines fails, and a
onAllPixelDataInsertedwill be published when all requests are complete, regardless if they are successful or not. This allows you to at least view volumes that may have one missing slice.
