plot.peak_span

• Function to plot peaks in the designated range at specific scan interval to check the peak broadening.

vertical_compare

• Function to plot the highest peak intensity within a given q-range as a function of position for a specified scan number.

• Add the functionality to the heatmap function. Now the heatmap can plot the x-axis as either scan number of time (reaction time). The user can also export this raw data for heatmap as an Excel file for further plotting in other program.
