Description of changes
I discovered that when
boot.initrd.systemd.root = "gpt-auto"
was set, theinitrd-nixos-activation.service
fails due to a read-only root filesystem.This makes for crazy bugs.
Suggestions very welcome on where to land a test for making sure activation continues to work in this setup.
