Commit a27a2a8 enabled the tests for libgudev, but those tests rely on a tool (umockdev) which only works with one particular libudev provider. Let's preserve the ability to use this package with other providers such as libudev-zero by telling meson to disable the tests when finalAttrs.doCheck has been overridden to `false`.
