  1. chprog: init at unstable-2021-08-20 

    This commit adds `chprog`, which is a tool usesd to update the
internal firmware in the very popular ch55x line of USB-to-serial
adapters.

The Tillitis TKEY-1 contains one of these chips internally; it
translates between USB-C and the FPGA's UART pins.
