Bootloader - check update possiblity

Check, whether bootloader could be updated in a later stage, e.g. to deliver a new public key for further firmware updates, or to fix any connected issues.

To investigate, whether it would be possible to update a bootloader from the application. First pages of the MCU might be write-protected, which would invalidate this approach for update.

It looks like the write protection is not set up, so it is possible to write to bootloader area.

Initial update process seems to be success. Device has booted with new bootloader version.
Needs binary verification.
