Moved tf files to standard location

The tf files now reside under tf/1.0 instead of tf/uruk/1.0.

A single file complete.zip is attached to the release.

Nothing in the data has changed.
This release provides "binaries":

1.0.zip: the TF files of the corpus
images.zip: all CDLI photos and lineart that the Cunei API of Text-Fabric provides.

Conversion verified, tools maturing

The Uruk data has been converted.
Version 0.1 has been corrected in CDLI, version 02. has been corrected in CDLI.
No remaining problems.

The module cunei calls Text-Fabric and offers a rich API to handle transcriptions and images.

The repo contains CDLI imagery in a somewhat low resolution.

The tutorials are working.
