This change resolves compilation issues related to multiple definitions of global variables, caused by the default behavior of GCC starting from version 10, which uses the -fno-common flag by default.

Modified the SConstruct script to add the -fcommon flag to the compilation options.

CFLAGS: Used for code written in C.
